     Up to one hour meeting where questions are asked, explore the scope of your wedding, get a sense of style, feel and direction both bride and groom are looking for on their special day. Once you decide Goliath by Design, LLC is right for you, hourly rates then are applied.

Wedding Design Services

​

Wedding design concept:

​

     After the Initial Consultation and you decide to work with Goliath by Design, LLC we go to work picking out a venue or work with a venue you have already selected. We then schedule a date to go out to the venue, take photos and measure. We speak more specifically about colors, styles, arrangement and the flow of each room and/or outdoor area. Then back at the office we go, to create the master plan for your wedding venue. This usually takes about a week (subject to change depending on project size) and then we have another meeting to look at and discuss the wedding design. Hourly rates apply. We then move into ‘continuing design services.’

Continuing wedding design services:

​

     After the initial design concept, continuing wedding design services applies to design time, drawing and rendering, preparing cost estimates, shopping, project management, certain (design) emails, text messages and phone calls, any/all other services provided by Goliath by Design, LLC to get things coordinated for your wedding day!

Day of event Coordinator:

​

Consultation

     We start with a meeting with Bride, Groom and Wedding Designer. We discuss how each space is to flow and gather information regarding timing of each event and formation. We discuss how the day of event coordinating works and what is to be expected.

​

Continued event Coordinator:

​

After the Initial Consultation and you decide to work with Goliath by Design, LLC.  We go to work creating a Event Time Line for all venders, Bride, Groom and venue to submit for approval.

We assist all guest during the event and are very attentive to the wants and needs for the Bridge and Groom prior to Ceremony and thought the wedding. We are there for you until the very end. We attentively asses the time schedule to ensure the wedding is moving on time and according to schedule. Hourly rates apply.

*Complimentary travel fee within 15 miles of Lake Forest in California. Outside this range, $30.00 travel fee applies. Out of state clients: Outside the 30-mile range, please feel free to inquire.*
